Acceptance

By browsing datavirttech.digital or enrolling in a Datavirttech lesson, clinic, review, or planning circle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a place.

Educational nature

Datavirttech provides technical analysis training focused on Fibonacci retracement planning. Instruction is educational only. Nothing on this site or in a lesson constitutes personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or a promise of trading results.

Enrolment & conduct

Places are confirmed when we accept your enquiry and any required deposit clears. Students agree to behave courteously in studio and online rooms, protect other participants’ privacy, and refrain from recording sessions without written consent.

Intellectual property

Course materials, checklists, chart packs, and website copy remain the property of Datavirttech. You may use materials for personal study. You may not redistribute, sell, or teach from them as your own curriculum without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Datavirttech is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions you make after lessons. Our liability for any supply of services is limited to re-supply of the lesson or the amount paid for the affected booking, except where consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded.

Site use

Do not misuse the site (attempted intrusion, scraping that impairs service, or submission of abusive content via forms). We may suspend access that threatens the site or other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in that state have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
