Fibonacci Retracement Planning Intensive
Three guided sessions to select impulse swings, place the classic retracement stack, and write a pullback plan you can execute.
Duration: Three sessions over two weeks (about 2.5 hours each)
Format: Small cohort — studio in Retreat, NSW, or live online
Location: 40 Cassinia Street, Retreat, New South Wales / remote AU
Pricing: From AUD 680 per person
Who it is for
Active or returning market students who already recognise candlesticks and trend structure, but still place Fibonacci lines inconsistently. You want a repeatable way to plan entries on pullbacks rather than chasing breakouts after the move is gone.
Result you work toward
By the end of the intensive you can:
- Identify the impulse leg that justifies a retracement overlay
- Place 23.6%, 38.2%, 50%, 61.8%, and 78.6% levels with a stated reason for each zone you will actually trade
- Note confluence with prior highs, lows, and round numbers
- Write a short retracement plan covering entry band, invalidation, and partial-target logic
What is included
- Pre-session chart pack on liquid ASX and FX pairs selected for clear impulse–retracement sequences
- Live markup demonstrations with student participation
- Printed / PDF planning checklist and swing-selection rubric
- One homework review between sessions with written feedback on your annotated charts
- Certificate of completion for the intensive (attendance + submitted plan)
What is not included
- Broker recommendations, signal services, or managed-account advice
- Automated strategy coding or indicator scripting
- Guarantees of trading profit — this is chart education only
Provider & approach
Sessions are led by Datavirttech instructors who teach technical analysis with a narrow focus on Fibonacci retracement planning. We favour slow, contested markup over speed. If two students disagree on the swing, we resolve it on the chart before moving on.
Process
- Orientation — vocabulary refresh, impulse vs. correction, common mis-anchors
- Placement lab — drawing stacks on prepared charts; ranking which levels matter for your style
- Planning desk — converting levels into a written plan; peer review of invalidations
Preparation
Bring a charting platform you already use, a notebook, and three of your own past trades where a pullback failed or surprised you. No paid software is required beyond what you trade with today.
Constraints
Cohorts are capped at eight. Online seats require a stable connection and screen-share for markup. We do not accept absolute beginners who have never read a price chart; those students are pointed to a short primer reading list first.
Next step
Enquire about the next intake with your preferred week and whether you need the Retreat studio or online attendance. Deposits and rescheduling rules are on the refunds page.
