We do not ask for trading account passwords, government ID numbers, or payment card numbers through the website form.
We use information to respond to enquiries, administer lessons, meet record-keeping duties, and — only with consent — understand aggregated site traffic. Under the Australian Privacy Principles we handle information fairly and for stated purposes.
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active dispute or enrolment history. Invoicing records are retained as required by Australian tax law. Analytics data follows the cookie durations listed on our cookies page.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions. Email info@datavirttech.digital with “Privacy request” in the subject. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Our hosting or email providers may process data on servers outside Australia. Where that occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable safeguards, such as reputable provider terms and encryption in transit.
We do not sell personal information. We may share details with service providers who help us run email, hosting, or accounting — only as needed — or when required by law.
If you are unhappy with our privacy handling, contact us first. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
